These terms are an agreement between you and Log With Me LLC ("we") for the Power Price app (the "App").
1. Apple's standard terms apply. Your use of the App is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula), which is incorporated here by reference, together with the additional terms below. Where the two conflict, these additional terms apply to the extent permitted by Apple's terms and applicable law.
2. Information only. The App shows electricity prices published by ComEd. Prices can be delayed, incomplete, revised or temporarily unavailable, and widgets refresh on a schedule set by iOS. The App shows supply prices only, not your total cost, which includes other charges and taxes. Your ComEd bill is the authoritative record of what you are charged. Don't rely on the App alone for decisions where the exact price matters.
3. Third-party data. Price data comes from ComEd's public Hourly Pricing service, which we do not operate or control. Power Price is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ComEd or Commonwealth Edison Company. ComEd is a trademark of its owner and is used only to identify the source of the data.
4. No warranty. The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, timeliness or availability of the prices shown, and we are not liable for costs or losses resulting from decisions based on them.
